Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next available business day.

All orders are dispatched on a tracked service. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
A note on delivery times from Northern Ireland
We dispatch from Northern Ireland. Orders containing fragrances must travel via Royal Mail surface mail routing rather than airmail, as fragrances are classified as flammable liquids under Royal Mail's dangerous goods policy. This means fragrance orders to mainland UK addresses may take slightly longer — please allow up to 5 working days. Skincare and body care products are not subject to this restriction.
Fragrance shipping
We are unable to ship fragrances internationally or via any airmail service. This is a Royal Mail carrier restriction that applies to all flammable goods.
